When this photograph was taken, Jacqueline and her two children were on their way to England to take part in a memorial ceremony honouring JFK. At the time the New York airport, where the family is seen, had already been renamed to John F. Kennedy International Airport.
This is an original black-and-white press photograph from 1965. The surface has a few cracklings. The back has slightly darkened. The back shows date of publication and cropping instructions (in red) behind the newspaper article.
