A fine French? silver mounted hunting hanger in its scabbard c 1775 with a four sided grip decorated with bone, silver studs and mother of pearl, small S-turned cross guard ending in eagles heads, a c 37,5 cm long blade etched with hunting scenes on both sides in a silver mounted black leather scabbard. In the upper mount a knife and fork. On the pommel a crowned crest with two keys, above the crown two crossed keys.
The blade somewhat spotted, the leather on the scabbard worn.
