Description

A Danish silver dish of oval shape, profiled and lobed rim, the centre engraved with monogram for Hereditary Prince Knud and Hereditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark and engraved “FRA DET DANSKE TRAVSELSKAB” (from the Danish Trot Company). Maker M.H. Wilkens & Söhne and Fritz Heimbürger, Copenhagen 1933. Weight 1278 g. L. 48 cm.

Provenance: Wedding present to Hereditary Prince Knud and Hereditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks.
