A blue and white peony saucer-dish, the interior painted with a medallion of five stylized peonies borne on meandering leaves, the exterior similarly decorated with a frieze of scrolling peonies, all within double-line borders. Yongzheng six-character mark and of the period 1723–1735. Diam. 15 cm.
Provenance: Danish private collection based on two generations' stay in China 1885–1945.
