A Swiss iron mounted half stocked percussion pistol c 1840 by Gl. Leuppi in Geneva with a chequered butt, lock with set trigger laid flush to the wood marked GL.LEUPPI A GENEVE held by a single screw, a c 22 cm long octagonal barrel in calibre c 14 mm produced in Liege.

The iron spotted, the fore-stock with a small crack in front of the lock.
