Axel Salto (b. Copenhagen 1889, d. Frederiksberg 1961)

A stoneware antelope head. Decorated with green and blue glaze with greyish brown elements. Unsigned. Made by Københavns Stentøjsbrænderi. Made approx. 1930. H. 25.5–26.5 cm. Accompanied by a solid wood base. H. incl. base 45.5–46.5 cm.
