A Russian Belle Époque amethyst and diamond pendant, of cartouche form, set with an oval-cut amethyst, encircled by three old-cut and several rose-cut diamonds, mounted in 14k gold and silver, above a silver chain with an old-cut diamond. Amethyst c. 22×17 mm. Old-cut diamonds weighing a total of c. 0.80 ct., colour: Wesselton-Crystal (H-J). Clarity: VS-P. Cyrillic maker's mark AP, St. Petersburg 1908–1917, 56 standard, indistinct scratched inventory no. H. 5.5 cm. L. chain c. 39 cm. Case enclosed. (2).
