“FJ 48”. Very rare two seater Brazilian rosewood sofa bench. Seat and back upholstered with original black leather. Designed 1945. This example made 1960s by cabinetmaker Niels Vodder, stamped by maker. L. 140 cm.
Provenance: Percy von Halling-Koch, hence by descent in the family. Extremely rare piece executed in Brazilian rosewood by cabinetmaker Niels Vodder and, to the best of our knowledge, never previously offered for sale in this type of wood before.
