A French black stone and gilt bronze mounted portico clock, gilded dial with white enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals, pendulum cast with the head of Mercury. Second half of the 19th century. H. 55 cm. W. 28. D. 13.5 cm.
Condition
Cracks at the base. Loose joints, dislorated columns. Nicks. Crackles to dial. Wear. Rust to hands. No guarantee of the function of the clock work. Pendulum and Winding key is enclosed. The top is lose.
