An iron mounted flintlock pistol c 1720 by Bartolo Agazzi c 1720 with a later stock. Butt cap, trigger guard, side plate, back ramrod pipe and lock with fine iron carvings. The c 34 cm long two-stage barrel in calibre c 16 mm. has makers markings above the powder chamber. The pistol is restocked in the Ottoman empire with a fake ramrod.
Bartolo Agazzi worked in Brescia ca. 1700–1750.
