Johan Thomas Lundbye (b. Kalundborg 1818, d. Bedsted 1848)

Grazing horses and a foal. Unsigned. Dated 20. dec. 47 and inscribed “men sligt regner jeg kun for idel Ungdoms Ubesindighed! Holberg”. Sepia on paper laid on paper. Sheet size 20.5×25.5 cm.

The paper has turned slightly brown. Some slight discolouration on upper corners. Repair to upper right corner. The paper is slightly creased. Examined in frame.
