A French gilt bronze mantel clock, surmounted by a woman in a hunting costume standing by a fence with a rifle, the base richly decorated with a basket of flowers, garlands and ornamentation, white enamel dial with Roman numerals. Signed C. Detouche. 228–230, Rue St. Martin, Paris. Movement stamped Japy Frères and C. Detouche. First half of the 19th century. H. 42 cm.

Condition

Hairline cracks and chip to dial. The one vase at the fence slightly bent. Winding key and pendulum is enclosed. We do not guarantee for the functionality.
