Kaare Klint (b. Frederiksberg 1888, d. Copenhagen 1954)
A pair of mahogany bergéres with rosewood inlays and “shoes”. Sides, seat and back with woven cane. Loose cushions in seat and back upholstered with patinated Niger leather. Model 4488. Designed 1931. Made approx. 1970–1980s by Rud. Rasmussen Cabinetmakers, with maker's paper label. (2)
