A 20th century Chinese porcelain lid jar, decorated in colours with guardian lions, Bird Phoenix, Buddhist symbols and ornamentation. A black painted base enclosed. 20th century. H. excluding the base 65 cm. (2)

Minor cracks from the firing at the foot ring. Larger crack from the firing and hairline cracks at the inside. The base with one partly loose leg and minor peelings.
