Georg Jensen (b. Rådvad 1866, d. Hellerup 1935)

A sterling silver coffeepot with hammered surface and stylized relief decor. Ebony finial and handle. Georg Jensen 1915–1927. Design no. 37. Weight 665 g. H. 23.5 cm.

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Somewhat tilting when placed on an even surface. By the finial one silver bead is missing. By the handle's upper part are traces of glue at a gap between handle and mounting to the pot, furthermore the handle is slightly loose in the lower fitting.
