Rut Bryk (b. 1916, d. 1999)
A square wall relief composed by square ceramics tiles. Some modelled and embossed with geometric and circular decor as well as raised relief decor. Decorated with matt greyish black glaze and partly decorated with greyish white, turquoise and brownish black glaze. Signed BRYK. Made by Arabia, Finland ca. 1970s. Unique. H. 48.5 cm. W. 48.3 cm. D. 3 cm.
Provenance: The private collection of Hans and Bente Weinberger. Acquired on a trip to Finland in the 1970s.
