A Russian revolutionary porcelain plate, curved boarder decorated with flowers in colours on white ground. Marked in underglaze green A III 93 for Tsar Alexander III of Russia (1881–1894) and in underglaze blue with hammer, sickle and gear 1923 297/303. Diam. 25 cm.

Provenance: Acquired by the sellers in the late 1980s in Russia, where they were stationed as diplomates.

Condition

Minimal wear due to age, among others minor worn decoration.
