A gentleman's wristwatch of 18k gold. Model Prima, case back no. 782418. Mechanical chronograph movement with manual winding. Patinated dial with gold hour markers and hands. Leather strap with C-type buckle of gold plated metal. Watch diameter 38 mm. 1950s.
