Meissen “Four Elements” porcelain mantle clock, decorated in colours and gold, modeled with putti each representing the four elements water, air, earth and fire, with various attributes. Porcelain dial with Roman numerals, surrounded by a snake, numerous repoussé flowers. Originally created mid 18th century. No 2172. Germany, end of 19th century and contemporary movement. H. 47 cm.
