'The reader'

A French gilt bronze mantel clock, after model by Jean-Andre Reiche, 'The reader', young woman sitting in an antique chair reading in the light of an oil lamp, vert-de-mer base. White enamel dial. Early 19th century. H. 32 cm.

Wear due to age and use. The watch works, but we do not guarantee for the functionality. A few peelings on the dial. Pendulum is enclosed.
