A 19th century French mantel clock of gilt zinc, surmounted by an allegorical figure with harvest symbols, the base cast with foliage and ornamentation, white enamel dial with Roman numerals. Signed (Carl) Lindbom Copenhagen. The movement by Japy Frères. Enclosed glass dome with black painted wooden base. Mantel clock H. 33 cm. Dome 44 cm.
Condition
Strong wear to gilt at the figure. The base pressed out of form with split at the one hind leg. Weights and key is enclosed. We do not guarantee for the functionality. Wear due to age and use.
