Nils Thorsson (b. Eslöv, Skåne County 1898, d. 1975)
Porcelain vase and lidded jar modelled resp. with leaf and rabbit motifs in relief. Decorated with alkali glaze. Vase signed monogram, lidded jar marked 653, and with three scratches in the glaze. Royal Copenhagen. Made ca. 1928–1930. H. resp. 13 and 18 cm. (2)
Exhibited at "Die Magie der Glasur“, in Bröhan Museum Berlin, 2025.
Condition
Normal wear patina, including scratches and marks. Vase with chip on foot rim. Lidded jar with uneven glaze.
