A paperweight with silver (900 standard) and 14 ct gold horse shoes and monograms for Prince Christian (X) and Princess Alexandrine of Denmark, engraved with their wedding date 26 April 1898, mounted on a black-painted wooden base. Maker C. I. Møinichen, Copenhagen 1898. 15×20.5 cm.

Provenance: A wedding present to the future King Christian X (1870–1947) and Queen Alexandrine of Denmark (1879–1952); thereafter their son and daughter-in-law, Hereditary Prince Knud (1900–1976) and Hereditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark (1912–1995); hereafter their son, His Excellency Ingolf Count of Rosenborg (b. 1940) until today.
