A pair of portraits of Maria Charlotte Kull (née 1831) and her husband. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. Each 23.5×18.5 cm. Enclosed a framed, linen cloth sampler embroidered by the female sitter, with the alphabeth, her name and the date 1841. Visible size 38.5×43.5. (3)
Both with retouches, crackles and marks from the stretcher visible on the front. In need of cleaning. The sampler is turned slightly brown.
