A brass mounted Ottoman flintlock pistol c 1800 with a finely cast butt cap decorated with florals, flat lock plate inlaid with brass, pierced side-plate and a c 32 cm long barrel in calibre c 16 mm. The barrel is held to the fore-stock with a large brass mount with a fake ramrod.
Condition
The butt shrunken, the lock very thight and all iron spotted.
