English Brown Bess pattern 1779 musket with bayonet marked 4309 on the buttplate, the lock marked crowned GR and TOWER as well as Broad Arrow, approx. 98.5 cm. long round barrel in calibre approx. 19 mm. marked 4309 and proof stamps, the ramrod marked 4309. The bayonet with approx. 42.5 cm. long blade marked DAWES and crowned 29.

The iron evenly spotted, the stock with signs of usage. The lock thigt and precise.
