“Cowhorn chair”. A solid teak armchair with Brazilian rosewood inlays in back. Seats with woven cane. Model JH 505. Designed 1952. These examples made circa 1960s by cabinetmaker Johannes Hansen, with maker's metal plaque.

In good condition with minor wear due to age and use. Minor marks and scratches primarily on legs. The cane of the seat with a few breaks and minor discolourations.
Items that are made of Brazilian rosewood or contain parts of it, require a CITES export permit in order to be exported from Denmark to a country outside The European Union. Buyers residing outside the European Union are required to obtain this permit.
