Literature: The work might be identical to “Soviet Square in Moscow”, Lena Lamberth: “Scherfig katalog” , Lamberths Forlag, Copehgaen, 2006, no. 434. Provenance: Personal gift from the artist to the present owner's father, who had come to know Scherfig in the resistance movement during World War II.
