A Danish Amager parly gilt silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, heartshaped, gilt interior, lid and body widely chased with rocailles and flowers, crowned lid with flaming heart and doves, stem flanked by two rampant lions, round base with balm hide, engraved with A. Maker Peter Hansen, Copenhagen c. 1784–1797. Weight 68 g. H. 9.5 cm.
