An English painted metal uniform box. Converted into a coffee table. Poole & Co., Saville Row, London. Ca. 1920. H. 64 cm. L. 110 cm. D. 47 cm.

The box - and the uniform which was once stored here - has belonged to the English-American executive Albert Stanley, who was created 1st Baron Ashfield (Lord Ashfield) in 1920. His name can be seen on the lid.

Condition

Signs of age and wear. Later lower part.
