The danish multivisuelle artist Thomas Skou (b.1982) lives and works in Værløse, Denmark. Skou is working from his studio in the old airfield of Værløse (Copenhagen outskirt) where he spans between watercolor, acryllic, colorpencil, oil pastels and photography. He works from previous fieldwork photography shot over the last 15 years in America with cowboys and bullriders. He paints along his photography that’s been his way of life the last 15 years as a profession. The DIY artist plays with small medias work like A4 paper up to 4-meter big piece with the cowboy character. A simple naive approach to his colorfull pieces of his UNTITLED COWBOYS that makes one smile and wonder.
