Christian Eriksen had his debut for the Danish national A-team in 2010 and later that year he was the youngest world cup player present in South Africa. Since then he has been a regular member of the national crew and, among other times, he played a key role in the the qualifying match that secured Denmark a place at the 2018 world cup. He scored eight times and a further three times in the decisive playoff fight against Ireland.
On October 14th Christian Eriksen - as the youngest man ever - scored his goal number 100 for the Danish national team. This happened in a match between Denmark and England in which the end result was 1–0 in Denmark's favour. The goal was a penalty kick.
From 2013–2019 he played for Tottenham Hotspur F.C. and is now part of Inter Milan.
