Egg shaped porcelain vase decorated in colours and gold. cartouche with scenery depicting the Danish-Norwegian missionary Hans Egede, further a cartocuhe with the name of Hans Egede and religious attributes. Lid with putto holding a shield. The Royal Danish Porcelain Factory. Late 18th century. H. 28 cm.

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Vase cut down. Lid with repairs on putto and shield.
