A brass mounted fully stocked hunting gun c 1740 by Jean de Wyck in Utrech. The flat banana shaped lock plate is marked JEAN DE WYCK AUTRECHT. The side plate is pierced and the c 88 cm long two stage barrel is amooth bored in calibre c 20 mm.
Ifølge Støckel arbejdede Jean de Wyk i Utrich ca. 1690–1730, men dette jagtgevær må være lidt senere.
All iron spotted and somewhat rust marked. A screw is replaced by the pan and the stock final and the ramrod is a replacement. A piece of wood is missing beneath the forestock.
