Finn Juhl (b. Frederiksberg 1912, d. Ordrup 1989)
A very rare and important freestanding two seater sofa with round, tapering cherry wood legs. Sculptural sides and back upholstered with grey wool, seat with dark grey wool, back fitted with buttons. Designed 1943. This example made approx. 1943 by cabinetmaker Niels Vodder. L. 133 cm.
Provenance: Presented as a wedding gift to present owner's grandmother and grandfather in 1943 by their friend, Finn Juhl.
