Silver and sterling silver tea and coffee set with hammered surface. Comprising a teapot, a coffeepot, a creamer, an oval sugar bowl with cover and a tea strainer with base. Carved ivory handles and finials. Coffeepot and teapot with hinged lid. Made and marked by Evald Nielsen anno 1943. Total weight 1970 g. H. 6.3–23.7 cm. (5)
CITES-certificate valid for transport and re-sale within the European Union included.
Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Ivory parts with some hairline cracks. The sugar bowl's handles and finial with several piercing craccks, including some glueings.
Items that are made of ivory or contain parts of it, cannot be exported from Denmark to a country outside The European Union. Bidders residing outside the European Union are thus not able to acquire this piece.
