“The V.I.P.s” was one of the most popular movies in the British cinemas in 1963, probably supported by the release of “Cleoptatra” earlier that year - also starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. The couple married in 1964.

This is an original b/w promotional photograph from 1963, which shows normal signs of handling.
