Kaare Klint (b. Frederiksberg 1888, d. Copenhagen 1954)
An unusual unique oak burl tray table with underlying shelf. Edges and legs with profiles. Loose tray and “shoes” of brass. Made by special order 1916–17 by cabinetmaker N.M. Rasmussen, Holbæk. H. 64/66 cm. L. 62.5 cm. W. 42 cm.
Provenance: Chamberlain Valdemar Krieger thence by descent in family. Was at the Estruplund Estate until some years ago when it passed to another branch of the direct family than the current owner of Estruplund.
