Verso inscribed on the stretcher “Grønlandshandelens Brig Lucinde” (The brigg “Lucinde” of the Greenland trade) and verso on cardboard “Kgl. Grønlandske Handels Brig “Lucinde” ankommer under Grønlands Kyst“ (The royal Greenlandic trade brigg, “Lucinde” arriving at the coast in Greenland.
The paper has turned slightly brown. Some foxing/discolouration. Examined in frame - with minimal chip in upper left corner of glass.
