xProvenance: One ladle (1898) engraved with crowned monogram CA as part of the wedding equipment for the future King Christian X (1870–1947) and Queen Alexandrine of Denmark (1876–1952) at their wedding 26 April 1898 in Cannes; later engraved with crowned mirrored monogram for their grandson, Prince Ingolf of Danmark (the title of His Excellency Ingolf Count of Rosenborg until 1968). One ladle (1926) engraved in Danish for a shooting competition “Fuglekongen 29. Mai 1929” as a reward to King Christian X of Danmark and later engraved with crowned mirrored monogram for their grandson, Prince Ingolf to Denmark (the title of His Excellency Ingolf Count of Rosenborg until 1968). Potato spoon with pierced handle (1934) plus two minor and two larger serving forks and -spoons; Hereditary Prince Knud (1900–1976) and Heriditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark (1912–1996). Thus, all items have either belonged to King Christian X or his son, Hereditary Prince Knud, and hereafter the grandson/son, His Excellency Ingolf Count of Rosenborg (b. 1940) until today.
