Provenance: Aage Esseman (1888–1959) assistant in the royal Greenlandic Trade and then colony administrator in Nanortalik, state controller in Iviglut, colony administrator in Sukkertoppen and Jakobshavn, Greenland 1922–1933. The photograph (taken c. 1942) shows the effects which are now offered at auction. The photograph is not included.
Condition
Wear due to age and use. Items with chips. Several countries outside the EU (third countries) ban import of items containing materials from endangered species. This lot number might be covered by such provision and potential buyers are advised to familiarize themselves with these rules.
