A pair of portraits of king Louis XVI (1754–1793) and queen Marie Antoinette (1755–1793). Inscribed in print Bervic and B'y [Barthélemy] Roger, respectively. Hand-coloured engravings. The portraits are engraved from original works by Antoine Francois Callet and Rosseline Le Suedois, respectively.
The paper has turned slightly brown. Some minor stains, mostly outside of the plate edge. Examined in frame.
