A French small-sword for a high ranking officer c 1820–30 with the down turned shell decorated with military trophies, a c 72,5 cm long single edged blade blued and gilded on the upper part in a leather scabbard with two gilded mounts.

Condition

The grip is missing its mother of pearl, the blade is loose in the hilt and somewhat rust marked towards the point, half of the scabbard leather is missing and its mounts have lost most of their gilding.

For the purchased lot we require an import permit from your home country authority. If the buyer of this auction lot lives outside of Denmark, the pick up of the lot can only be conducted by an authorized forwarding agent with a weapons license.
