A collection of eight 19th century silver, tortoise shell and pewter boxes, carnet-de-bal sets, matchboxes etc., comprising a pair of tortoise carnet-de-bal sets, a tortoise card holder, a silver matchbox, London 1885, a silver carner-de-bal set, Birmingham 1891, a pewter snuff box, and two seashell matchboxes. H. 5–10.5 cm. (8)

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Several with cracks and chips.
