A French Louis XVI gilt bronze mounted fruitwood bureau plat after model by Philippe-Claude Montigny (1734–1800), the top with green gilt tooled leather above three profiled drawers on one side and three blinded drawers on the other, each side with slides, square tapering legs with gilt bronze festoon and sabots. Paris, 1800–1850. H. 79 cm. L. 182 cm. W. 81 cm.
