Hulton Archive: An original b/w press photograph of Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts (b. 1941). Back with notes, Houston Chronicle Library stamps and publication dates (... 2 1976, June 19th, 1977). Photo size 25.5×19.5 cm. Frame size 43×33 cm.

Charlie Watts lived in Denmark (Randers) from 1961–62 during which time he worked as a graphic designer in Juncker's Reklamebureau (ad agency). In his spare time he played jazz music together with the late Holger Laumann in “Safari Jazz og Kardinalerne”.

Condition

This is an original b/w press photograph from 1976, which has a creased corner (upper right), some discolouration in the left side and a slightly yellowed back. Furthermore normal signs of handling.
