Danish cabinetmaker
Freestanding three seater sofa with Brazilian rosewood frame. Upholstered with patterned floral fabric. Made approx. 1950s. H. 82 cm. L. 190 cm. D. 80 cm.
Possibly variant of model made by Jacob Kjær and shown at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibtion in 1948.
CITES-certificate valid for transport and re-sale within the European Union included.
Normal patina, including scratches and marks. Loose edge band spots.
Items that are made of Brazilian rosewood or contain parts of it, require a CITES export permit in order to be exported from Denmark to a country outside The European Union. Buyers residing outside the European Union are required to obtain this permit.
