A North German longcase clock with musical movement in a walnut case inlaid with marquetry, engraved gilt brass dial, chapter ring with black Arabic and Roman numerals, movement with eight bells and large strike bell, hour striking, minute and date diaposal. Second half of the 18th century. H. 249 cm. W. 54 cm. D. 30 cm.

Provenance: ”House of Danske Bank” Antiques, art and design from Erichsen’s House and other historic buildings of Holmens Kanal, Copenhagen.
