A French late 19th century Louis XVI style gilt bronze mantel clock, with porcelain plaques decorated in colours and gold with flowers, figures and an oval female portrait, white enamel dial with Roman numerals. Works marked G'de Medialle D'honneur, Japy Freres & Cie. H. 38. W. 31 cm.
Condition
Minor wear due to age and use. No guarantee of the function of the clock work. Winding key and Pendulum is enclosed. Back cover missing. Chips in the dial. The bell is missing.
