A silver mounted Yatagan, Greece/The Balkans 19th cent. with a grip in chased silver decorated with vase and towers etc., a c 66 cm long single edged almost straight blade in a wooden scabbard wrapped in black leather.

The grip damaged, the blade rust marked, the leather on the scabbard is damaged and the lower scabbard mount is missing.

For the purchased lot we require an import permit from your home country authority. If the buyer of this auction lot lives outside of Denmark, the pick up of the lot can only be conducted by an authorized forwarding agent with a weapons license.
